Travel to the venue by bus, rail, Metro, or the Shield's Ferry - or a combination!
🎫 Show your ticket
At the venue, show show your paper or digital ticket, your journey transaction (if you've used contactless to tap on and tap off), or your pass.
💸 Get money off
Many participating venues offer 25% off their admission fee. In cases where entry is free, some venues offer a 10% discount in their shop and/or cafe.

New venue sign-ups
Over 25% of North East households don't have a car. Joining our Days Our By Bus scheme can help attract new visitors to your venue, ontribute to your venue's sustainability goals, and even ease parking problems.
If you're a leisure or cultural venue, restaurant, or any other type of visitor economy business in the North East Combined Authority area, please email buses@northeast-ca.gov.uk to see how you can join up. It's free, and offers regional and national promotion for your business.
