Employers: System Engagement, Inclusion & Redesign
The North East Mayoral Strategic Authority is seeking to commission a contractor for Employers: System Engagement, Inclusion & Redesign. The commission is split into Lot1a Employer Inclusion & Workforce Redesign (Health) and Lot1b Employer Engagement, Aspirations & Opportunity Pathways (Youth Employment).
Lot 1a will focus on supporting employers to better recruit, retain and support individuals experiencing health-related barriers to work, including people with a health condition or disability, neurodivergence and women's health needs.
Lot 1b will focus on supporting employers to improve engagement with young people, including those who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET.

We are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to tender for appointment to a Marketing and Creative Services Framework.
The purpose of the framework is to establish access to reliable, flexible and efficient marketing and creative support as and when required. It will enable us to commission services quickly while maintaining fair competition, transparent procurement and value for money.
We are seeking to appoint up to four suppliers covering the full range of marketing and creative services.
The estimated total value is £250,000 excl. VAT across the framework term.
Suppliers may apply for one or more of the defined lots:
• Lot 1 - Design and Animation Services
• Lot 2 - Creative Campaign Development

The purpose of the Photography Services Framework is to establish access to reliable, flexible and professional photography services support as and when required. It will enable us to commission services quickly while maintaining fair competition, transparent procurement and value for money.

Call for projects: Economic Inactivity Trailblazer year two
The North East Mayoral Strategic Authority is inviting proposals for a series of region wide projects to support delivery of year two of the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer programme (2026/27).
The Trailblazer is a flagship programme funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), designed to test and develop new approaches to reducing economic inactivity by improving how employment, health and skills systems work together.
North East Warm Homes – Low Interest Domestic Retrofit Loan
Procurement opportunity to deliver a low‑interest domestic retrofit loan across the North East, helping households and landlords invest in energy efficiency and low‑carbon improvements. The programme aims to tackle upfront cost barriers and support the region’s Warm Homes ambition.
