The North East MSA conducts procurement activity in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and associated regulations. Suppliers should ensure that they are familiar with current procurement requirements, including registration requirements on the Central Digital Platform where applicable.

Upcoming Opportunities and Procurement Pipeline
The North East MSA is currently developing its procurement pipeline. Once available, the pipeline will be published on this page.
The Government's Central Digital Platform (Find a Tender) is the central place where UK public procurement notices are published. Suppliers can use the platform to search for opportunities, view procurement notices and access information relating to contracts and future procurement activity.
North East MSA opportunities that are subject to publication requirements will be advertised through Find a Tender. We encourage suppliers to register for an account and set up alerts to receive notifications of opportunities relevant to their sector and areas of interest.
Where appropriate, suppliers may also be able to view information on future opportunities through procurement notices published on Find a Tender, helping them prepare for upcoming procurements and market engagement activity.
