Transport Business Case Independent Assurance Framework
The North East CA is establishing a framework to secure independent advice on Transport Business Cases. This framework will require support from external consultants to build guidance, undertake assessments, provide advice and look to strengthen the robustness of business cases reviewed by the North East CA.
