North East CA Integrated Settlement - Employment and Skills Pillar

In December 2025 the North East CA hosted two webinars with skills stakeholders to share initial information related to the North East CA Integrated Settlement. 

The Integrated Settlement brings together the regions adult skills funds for 2026-27 which were previously devolved as the Adult Skills Fund, Free Courses for Jobs provision and Skills Bootcamp.  
The Integrated Settlement for Adult Skills is worth circa £80 million per annum for the region.  

Following the webinars a consultation was opened for feedback. Thank you to everyone that commented and shared thoughts – we have now collated responses and are pleased to shared responses to the questions raised.  Please access the consultation feedback below.
